About Us

The team of facilitators with the guidance of the Academic Coordinator under the leadership of Academic Director provides strong pedagogical leadership delivering the experiential learning to learners. The various departments are directed to lead, manage and develop the highest possible standards of excellence in all its activities.

The Academic and non-academic team works for demonstrating and walking on the vision, empowering others in order to deliver the agreed departmental strategy within the Faculty.

The academic team works on appropriate structure in academics, decision -making and communication with staff and students, promoting clarity of knowledge and concept of primary methods, refresh and develop new programs. The non-academic team constantly shares the equal responsibility by constantly ensuring the highest levels of quality, integrity and ethics the team creates and explores new opportunities to impart knowledge using the latest technological tools.

Tripada Gurukulam (TG) is based on the concept of "Residential Concept" for students from Viramgam and nearby villages and has developed their facilities in a total 15000 sq. meters located on Viramgam. The school is affiliated the Gujarat State Board Education. The built up area is approximately 10000 sq. ft excluding dining hall area and has all the basic amenities required by the students. TG is working under the leadership of Mr. Hiren Joshi who carries the vision that education should reach the each and every individual to become a life-long learner.

CBSE Importance in Indian Education:

CBSE is one of the most preferred boards in the country and the reasons are many. CBSE is behind maintaining uniformity among all the students across India. It's effectiveness is reflected on the number of schools affiliating with it each year. It covers basic and general knowledge required for a child to move forward in terms of education. Not only have they introduced All India Board exams for Std 10th and 12th but

The main objectives of the CBSE were those of: serving the educational institutions more effectively and to be responsive to the educational needs of those students whose parents were employed in the Central Government services and had frequently transferable jobs across the country.

Main objectives of CBSE are

  • To define appropriate approaches of academic activities to provide stress free, child centered and holistic education to all children without compromising on quality
  • To analyze and monitor the quality of academic activities by collecting the feedback from different stakeholders
  • To develop norms for implementation of various academic activities including quality issues; to control and coordinate the implementation of various academic and training programmes of the Board; to organize academic activities and to supervise other agencies involved in the process
  • To adapt and innovate methods to achieve academic excellence in conformity with psychological, pedagogical and social principles.
  • To encourage schools to document the progress of students in a teacher and student friendly way
  • To propose plans to achieve quality benchmarks in school education consistent with the National goals
  • To organize various capacity building and empowerment programmes to update the professional competency of teachers
  • To prescribe conditions of examinations and conduct public examination at the end of Class X and XII. To grant qualifying certificates to successful candidates of the affiliated schools.
  • To fulfill the educational requirements of those students whose parents were employed in transferable jobs
  • To prescribe and update the course of instructions of examinations
  • To affiliate institutions for the purpose of examination and raise the academic standards of the country.

The prime focus of the Board is on:

  • Innovations in teaching-learning methodologies by devising students friendly and students centered paradigms
  • Reforms in examinations and evaluation practices.
  • Skill learning by adding job-oriented and job-linked inputs
  • Regularly updating the pedagogical skills of the teachers and administrators by conducting in service training programmes, workshops etc.

  • Tripada High School

    Tripada High School is a first initiative of Tripada Education Trust, established in 1968. It has already celebrated four decades of success and has conferred the foundation for the other schools of Tripada. It is a vibrant Gujarati medium school from Kindergarten to Std. X and runs a unique curriculum of mother tongue and also gain exposure to global language of communication, English.

  • Tripada Day School

    This branch of school was initiated with keeping in mind the need of working Parents, it's a day school concept from KG-XII with English as the teaching medium with Gujarat Secondary Education Board This is a three storied building having 1000 students in 35,000 sq. ft of educational complex with attached play ground and skating ring and a canteen with nutritional diet and snacks.

  • Tripada International School

    The Tripada International School is a secondary, Co-educational, English Medium School has strength over 1200 students. Being affiliated to both the Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) and Gujarat Secondary Education Board. The four storey school building incorporates the latest in layout and design and works on creative concepts and practical teaching philosophy.

  • Tripada Singapore Internationale

    The Tripada Singapore Internationale' is spread over lush greenery over 12000 sq. yards. TSI proposes to have IB affiliation in two years down the line. The campus is designed to give learners an aesthetic environment which makes it a combination of academics, creativity and innovation, and will have subject teaching from grade 5 onward.
